Hi, I’m Heather! I live in beautiful Bountiful, Utah, with my amazing family. I’ve been happily married to my wonderful husband, Rob, for 19 years, and together we have an incredible 8-year-old daughter, Charlotte, who fills our lives with so much joy and laughter.

Our home is full of love and energy, thanks to our furry and spiky family members. We share our space with two adorable Yorkies, Gabby and Maci, our loving standard poodle, Liberty, and four charming cats—Penny, Bernie, Tiggles, and Love. We also have two delightful hedgehogs, Peanut & Aurora, who keep things extra interesting!

Professionally, I work full-time as a Veterinary Receptionist at a Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Clinic. My passion for animals drives me to provide the best care and support for both pets and their owners. Beyond my career, I am deeply invested in pet wellness through pawTree, offering high-quality pet nutrition and holistic care solutions to help your furry family members thrive.

I’m also on a personal hair regrowth journey after experiencing significant hair loss. I’m sharing my story openly to support and connect with others who may be struggling. Through a combination of collagen, hair supplements, minoxidil, gentle hair care practices, and patience, I’m working toward regaining my hair and my confidence. If you’re facing hair loss, know that you’re not alone—I’m here to share what works, what doesn’t, and provide encouragement along the way.

Additionally, I’m on a weight loss and wellness journey, focusing on a sustainable and healthy approach to feeling my best. Mental health is another important aspect of my story—I live with Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, and OCD, and I believe in fostering open conversations to create understanding and support for others on similar paths.

My goal with Waiting 4 Sunshine is to provide education, resources, and a supportive community for those navigating hair loss, pet wellness, mental health, and weight loss. Whether you're looking for guidance, inspiration, or just a place to feel heard, I hope you find something valuable here.
